This would be an awesome idea, but the bottom of the case needs to be mesh, and at least part of the top. Laptops need ventilation. It still make a cool(if ineffective – accessory storage?) carrying case, though.
This is a product you can actually buy. My boss has one. I don’t think the ventilation concern is as big of problem with a Mac, as there are no fans on the direct underside.
